Shipping, Return, Exchange Policies

SHIPPING/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with your Single and Amazing purchase. Please take time to carefully consult the sizing charts, colors, and estimated shipping times before making your selection.

Please note: Orders are custom made with love. Normal processing time is 10-14 business days. Single and Amazing is not responsible for delays due to weather, labor disputes, or third party negligence.

If an item is damaged or defective, please email pictures of the defective item to the company at amazingbrand122@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer an exchange. 

There are no refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, free of product residue, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from an exchange. Perishable goods such as food, or flowers, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-exchangeable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Hats and journals are FINAL SALES. No exchanges.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are FINAL SALES.

Clearance items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be exchanged.

 

Exchanges 

Single and Amazing replaces only items that are defective or damaged. Please take time to carefully consult the sizing charts and colors before making your item selection.

If you need to exchange a defective item for the same style/size, send an email, including PICTURES of the damaged item, to amazingbrand122@gmail.com

To exchange a damaged product, shipping is usually not required. Please send an email, including PICTURES of the damaged item to amazingbrand122@gmail.com

If in an unusual case and item requires a return, the customer will be responsible for paying for his/her/their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Single and Amazing is not responsible for lost items.
